REDEFINING MARITIME LUXURY

ONE O ONE began as a singular pursuit: to redefine the modern superyacht through precision, performance, and architectural craft. At 37 metres, and over 4 years, this Tecnomar vessel presented one of the largest private yacht rebuilds ever undertaken locally, a project that would transform not just a boat but an entire benchmark of maritime luxury, in Australia.

The ambition was not to create a vessel of opulence, but of absolute perfection. Drawing inspiration from British and Italian supercar design, H&CO. reimagined ONE O ONE as a floating expression of speed, elegance, and power. Its low, sporting profile became the cue for a design narrative that fused aerodynamics with artistry, a yacht that would embody motion even at rest. At craft perfected for Sydney Harbour.

Beyond architecture, H&CO. also shaped the brand itself. We helped develop the identity, logo, and positioning for ONE O ONE, establishing it not only as a vessel but as an experience: a destination. The brand was designed to embody “The Voyage of Perfection”, a mindset where luxury is not simply an object or style, but a way of living. Flexible, immersive, and multi-sensory, the identity carried the promise of a bespoke journey that spoke to every sense, day and night.

What followed was a complete redefinition of scale and expectation on water. Stripped back to its hull and rebuilt piece by piece, ONE O ONE was conceived as a true “one of one,” a yacht, built from the ground up, without precedent born from relentless collaboration and an uncompromising vision.

Crafting

A MASTERPIECE, PIECE BY PIECE

Delivering ONE O ONE required a total reinvention. Over 4 years, the vessel was stripped to bare structure and meticulously rebuilt, with every line, surface, element, component and detail reconsidered through the lens of performance and luxury.

Externally, the transformation was dramatic. The swim platform was extended to create a Beach Club at the water’s edge, complete with new landing stairs, a reconfigured aft deck, and a sports helm on the redesigned flybridge. Bespoke stainless-steel work, custom mast and domes, carbon fibre stabilisers, new panoramic windscreen, and extended saloon windows elevated both presence and capability. Lighting, sound, and integrated technology were seamlessly embedded to create an environment as dynamic as it was discreet.

Internally, the vessel was rebuilt as a floating architectural sequence. The saloon was reimagined as a glasshouse sanctuary, framing Sydney Harbour through extended windows and custom stainless detailing. Cabins, bathrooms, galley, and crew quarters were stripped back, replanned and redefined with handcrafted joinery, unique finishes, and bespoke furniture. A spiral staircase now connects the main deck and top deck, in sculptural fluidity, while a dining room adaptable to both conference and leisure makes ONE O ONE unlike any yacht in Australia.

The brand identity was crafted with the same precision. The ONE O ONE logo is comprised of layers in meaning:

Layer 1) The circle, a pure natural form. A drop of water.

Layer 2) Abstracted numerals 1 0 1 in symmetrical balance. A nod to finding the balance of design, function and luxury.

Layer 3)
It's home, Sydney. The Sydney Harbour Bridge shape is captured if you look at the logo on its side. The Bridge form is then reflected in the harbours surface below.

Together, these layers encapsulate the yacht’s essence: a vessel deeply tied to its place, its philosophy, and its promise of absolute perfection.

Every detail, from silk-inlay carpets to integrated entertainment systems, was orchestrated as part of a singular vision. With no blueprint to follow, H&CO. led a collaborative process of prototyping, fabricating, and refining to ensure the outcome would stand alone in both craft and concept.

Today, ONE O ONE resides on Sydney Harbour as a maritime landmark, a vessel that redefines luxury yachting through innovation, precision, and design excellence. From the aft deck’s panoramic hospitality to the bow’s expansive sun pads, every space invites guests into an experience of connection with water, with craft, and with one another.

Far from conventional opulence, ONE O ONE expresses a new vision of luxury: perfection achieved through detail, performance, and restraint. Its identity and experience merge seamlessly, offering guests a rare balance — the exhilaration of sport, the serenity of sanctuary, and the privilege of living within a voyage of perfection.

More than a yacht, ONE O ONE is a cultural statement, proof that design can challenge convention, elevate craft, and create something truly irreplaceable.
